From our first conversation to the end of the project, Nader and his team were amazing to work with. When Nader came to quote my Kitchen renovation, he took the time explain, in detail, the scope of work to re-stain my Kitchen cabinets. Throughout the project he kept me updated on the progress and always was available to answer any questions I had. Mid project he called and said he wasn’t happy with how some of the doors were coming out so ask for a few more days. He went above and beyond the original scope of work we discussed to make sure the job was done to his standards. Now we have a kitchen that looks brand new and we couldn’t be happier. Nader really knows his stuff! He took the time to answer all our questions over multiple days even before we got going. Masters Wood Finishing has the right tools, facilities, and procedures to yield a professional job, and they only use quality paint. Nader also cared about our choices and helped us to make the right decisions about colours--even those that would be outside his job. When they returned after the cupboard doors were finished, they happily did some touch-ups to the cupboard bodies that we requested. Having him and his team were like having family in the house. Our kitchen had one of the ugliest cabinets and was really old. To re do it would have cost more so we decided to change and have a better colour. Nader not only provided professional advice but was really good with our requests in timeline and value.
